Ally Powell
Founder & CEO
Ally Powell is a premier designer in Bloomington who is proficient in residential commercial and hospitality design. Ally was born and raised in Indiana and has been designing since 2013. Ally specializes in space planning . Her favorite aspect of design is lighting. Ally has spent the last 2 years studying the principals of Feng Shui in design. Ally's designs have won many Bloomington Parade of Homes awards from 2012-2019 including Best Kitchen, Best Master Bath, Best in Show, Best Master Suite, Realtor's Choice, People's Choice, and Judge's Choice. Ally is revered for her original and outside-of-the-box designs. Ally is a mother of two, Paisley and Thatcher. In her free time, Ally enjoys dancing, hiking, and creating art.

Samira Naderpoor
Project Manager & Commercial Designer
Samira is Third Eyes Design’s project manager, commercial designer, and specializes in branding design. She always knew she wanted to design, whether it was homes or graphics, she enjoyed portraying unique personalities with art. When it comes to branding, she loves meeting with clients to understand their vision and bringing it to life through logos. Samira graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Informatics and a minor in Media Persuasion. On her own time, she likes to listen to music, dance, and spend time with her loved ones, especially in nature.
Cassandra Jernberg
Residential Designer
Cassandra graduated from the Interior Design program of Indiana University. She was a swimmer for the Women’s Swimming and Diving team and a 2020 Big Ten champion. She works in residential and her favorite part of design is space planning.
Kara Koch
Lead Creative
Kara is from from Carmel, Indiana. She is currently a Junior at Indiana University studying Management and Human Organizations with a minor in sociology. Kara is the lead Creative for Commercial Projects. Her favorite part of my job is creating. She enjoys the process of an idea transforming into something she can touch and see. Outside from being a student and working with Third Eye Design, she has many other hobbies and interests. Kara volunteers at the IU farm and is a part of a sorority. She really enjoy things that allow her to be creative and artistic, which is why she strives in this company.
Rachel Berg
Lead Residential Designer
Rachel Berg is the Lead Residential Designer for Third Eye. Rachel is from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Her favorite aspect of design is sourcing unique materials and furniture along with 3D rendering. She loves intertwining color and texture to create a rare environment specific to each and every client. Rachel attended Indiana University and majored in Interior Design and minored in Environmental Sustainability. In her free time, she likes to travel, enjoys concerts, art, and spending time outdoors. In the future, Rachel would like to design in big cities blending color, culture, and fashion.
